Civil Guard officers managed to apprehend the man, who was taken into custody. Specialist explosive ordnance disposal teams later confirmed that the backpack contained no dangerous materials or devices. Reports indicate that the detainee suffers from psychiatric issues and, at this time, appears to have no known connections to terrorist groups. Authorities have not ruled out further investigation into the incident, but the current assessment suggests the event was not terrorism-related.
