TUDELA, Spain — A 17-year-old minor has been detained by Spanish police in Tudela, Navarre, after allegedly stabbing a 31-year-old man in the neck and abdomen with a pocketknife. The minor was transferred to the detention facilities of the Policía Foral (Navarre Regional Police), which has assumed primary responsibility for the ongoing criminal investigation due to the severity of the charges and the involvement of a minor.
