Two Men Jailed For Sexual Exploitation Of Minors In Girona
GIRONA, Spain — Two men have been ordered into preventive prison by a court in Girona after being arrested by the Mossos d’Esquadra on severe charges of sexual assault, prostitution, and the sexual exploitation of three 16-year-old girls. The suspects allegedly paid the minors in exchange for sexual relations over a period of several months.

According to reports from the Diari de Girona, the regional police force dismantled the operation in two separate phases. The first suspect, a 35-year-old man, was apprehended on May 28. The investigation continued until the second man was tracked down and arrested on Wednesday, June 10. Following his arrest, the second suspect was brought before a judge in Girona, where the magistrate officially ordered both men to be remanded in custody without bail.
Both individuals are facing serious criminal charges, including the sexual assault of minors, as well as the prostitution and sexual exploitation of underage girls. Investigators revealed that the abusive activities occurred during the second half of 2025. Specifically, the crimes took place over a four-month window between September and December of that year. During this period, the two men allegedly made contact with the three teenage victims and systematically paid them to engage in sexual acts.
